Free line for the Population Census is in operation

Free line for the Population Census (+420) 800 87 97 02 is in operation starting from today. You can call every day (including the weekends) until 20 April from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our operators will help you with all questions regarding the Population Census - how to fill in the Census questionnaires, verify your Census commissioner, how to fill in the electronic questionnaires via the Internet or even what to do, for example, when your dog has eaten the questionnaires you had filled in.

Via our call centre you can also change the date of the second visit of your Census commissioner to suit you better (in case you were not at home when the commissioner visited you for the first time in a pre-announced term).

Besides Czech you can also speak English when calling our free line; up to 45 operators at a time will be ready to help you at peak hours.

The call centre service is provided for the Czech Statistical Office by the Czech Post.
